ASK MY GP
There have been many changes to AMGP recently and this has been an evolving process to ensure that we can provide additional access to the patients whilst also providing clinically save triaging and assessment. Below is a practice update on the service:
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Below is a document with questions that arise quite often or answers to comments we see on social media.
AT THE MINUTE THIS IS THE MOST COMMON ISSUE WE ARE ENCOUNTERING…..
Patients going to their pharmacy to collect a prescription to be told they do not have any in stock. The pharmacy are asking the patients to go back to the GP to get an alternative.
BEFORE YOU COME BACK TO PRACTICE we need the pharmacy to tell you what alternatives they do have in stock. If the doctor doesn’t know what they have this process could go on all day. If we know what they have we can amend this quickly and easily for you.
FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS
If you have any constructive feedback or suggestions please use the link below to provide these to us.
Please note that this is not a format to contact us with medical concerns / issues / requests / medication ordering. This will not be monitored every day, rather feedback and suggestions will be raised in the relevant practice meetings for consideration and actions.
Constructive feedback and suggestions on how Millview Medical Centre can support our patients and or improve its services. Feedback should be helpful and in no way derogatory or abusive, nor should it be patient or case specific, this space is to look at service delivery as a whole to our patients.
Any abusive language / behaviour will be managed in line with our zero tolerance policy.
Helping us to improve our service delivery by providing us with details of your experiences.
