“TPP SystmOnline has a range of free of charge online services to allow patients to proactively manage their care. These services allow patients to view their own Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as well as managing medication (ordering repeat medication). In order to set up your SystmOnline account please call in to the surgery with photo ID and your log in details will be given to you along with instructions on how to access SystmOnline.

NOTE: Although TPP offer a SystmOnline App on both the Apple App Store and Android, the website version is more refined and maintains a consistent positive user experience.

Usage Policy

Please use this service responsibly. In the case of any abuse of the service, your healthcare practioner can revoke your log-in details, stopping you accessing the service. Examples of irresponsible use of the system may include, but are not limited to: 

• registering at a GP practice when you have no intention of using it as your usual GP practice
• booking appointments you have no intention of attending
• repeatedly booking and then cancelling appointments
• repeatedly requesting prescriptions that you do not need
