Enhanced Access Appointments

All GP Practices are required to offer additional access to clinical appointments, most of this is delivered as part of the Primary Care Network contract. This means that the Sleaford PCN support appointment Access.

Millview Medical Centre provide Cervical Smear Clinics on a Saturday throughout the year, to support access for vital services to our patients. Please ask reception for details and bookings.

Consultations for patients are provided throughout the week outside of core hours. These could be before the practice opens at 08:00, after closure at 18:30 and weekends.

These appointments are available at one of the alternate practices in the Sleaford Area PCN (Primary Care Network) – you are still required to discuss your needs with our reception team, however, to support your access to medical care they may offer you an appointment within the enhanced access service. Please note that if you are offered an appointment using the Enhanced Access service this will be delivered at Sleaford Medical Group, Boston Road, Sleaford.

Important things to remember

1. These are pre-bookable or on the day appointments
2. Minor illness services are also available at Sleaford Medical Group to our patients outside of our delivery hours
   This includes weekends and Bank Holidays
3. The Urgent Treatment Centre at Grantham, Lincoln and Boston Hospital’s is also available for patients.
