Ask My GP is our practice’s clinical triage service, this enables us to be able to support patient requests as fast as possible. The services opens at 05:00 so that it is accessible to all our patients.

This service allows you to request help from the practice and receive the right care at the right time. Enjoy feeling more in control as you ask for help securely from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Remember the more information you give us on your request the easier it is for us to ensure that you are seen  by the most relevant clinician. You can also add photos for additional clarity.

What can Ask My GP be used for:

• On The Day – Acute Concerns – You can message us on weekdays from 05:00 until 11:00 for the more urgent concerns
• Routine Concerns/Requests – You can message us on weekdays from 05:00 until 18:30 for administrative queries or routine concerns.
• Administrative Queries – Such as medical reports, results, sick notes, general queries.
• Appointment requests with our nursing team, cancellations and information requests.

What Can’t Ask My GP be used for:

• A consultation – this is a request and triage service – We cannot keep requests open all day. When they are dealt with they are closed to ensure clinical safety.
